Regular testing for cervical cancer saves lives. Visit us on the SC bridge for information about the importance of cervical cancer screening.

22-23  Vitalant Blood Drive - Berkman Hall (MC) Auditorium, 10am-4pm 
Give blood-get a $5 Chipotle gift card! And, add to the blood donation amount that creates scholarship money for students to apply for. Pick up an application for a scholarship at the blood drive.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

14 –  S.H.I.P. Party! –Sexual Health, Intimacy and Partnerships - BH (MC) Atrium, 11am-1pm 
Talk to Peer Educators about healthy relationships with friends, family and intimate partners. Goodie bags and giveaways! Sexual Health is our Responsibility!

18 – Certified Peer Education training - Location TBD, 8am-5pm 
Become a Nationally Certified Peer Educator! Learn skills you can use today and tomorrow when helping others! Be a part of the movement to create healthy and safe campuses! Register Here

21 – Narcan Training - Location, TBD, 1pm-2pm  Register here as SPACE IS LIMITED
Understand the use of Narcan. This is a voluntary training in which you have the option to decide whether or not to receive a Narcan kit.

2 - Sexual Assault Awareness Month-Day of Action for “I ASK!”– SC Atrium, 11am-1pm  
Show your Viking commitment to the “I ASK” campaign for Sexual Assault Awareness Month! Opportunities will be available to sign up for Empowered Bystander training and Healthy Relationship/Healthy Boundaries program, visit with on and off campus partners, and engage in  “I ASK” empowerment activities.

16- Empowered Bystander Training - IM 109, 11:30am-12:30pm  Register Here
Learn how to intervene and help someone in situations that may include sexual violence, mental health or addiction situations. 

27 – Out of the Darkness Walk - UR Atrium/UR Lawn, 10am-2pm 
Join HYPE Team and Health and Wellness Services as we raise awareness and raise funds for to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for research, education, advocacy and survivor programs. Help us Stomp out the Stigma!
