Cleveland State University's fall 2014 Commencement ceremony was held on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bert L. and Iris S. Wolstein Center.
Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Jianping Zhu, Ph.D., conferred masters degrees and led the hooding ceremony for doctoral students. A combined group of summer and fall graduates earned 69 doctoral degrees, 738 master degrees and 16 graduate certificates.
President Ronald M. Berkman and the Board of Trustees also conferred an Honorary Doctor of Laws to Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumna, Marcia L. Fudge, for her 20 years of dedicated service to Ohioans. Congresswoman Fudge serves the 11th Congressional District of Ohio and chairs the congressional Black Caucus.
