- Financial aid is applied to a student’s account after all eligibility requirements have been met, but not until then. Generally, this happens about 10 days prior to the semester start and will happen continuously thereafter.
- If your aid exceeds your charged amount, then CSU Treasury Services will issue the student a refund.
- Refer to the Budget Payment Plan for payment assistance for the ‘family portion’, on-campus housing, or meal plans.
- If enrolled part time, Federal Pell Grant, OCOG, and FSEOG will also be reduced accordingly. Your student account will be paid by the grant as per credit hours at disbursement; if you adjust enrollment, the grants will also be adjusted. You must be enrolled in 6 credits to receive grants.
