Dr. Weinbing Zhao is a professor with the Washkewicz College of Engineering, Electrical Engineering and computer Science program. He earned his Ph.D. from University of California, Santa Barbara (2002). His area of concentration and expertise include fault-tolerance computing, computer and network security, peer-to-peer and grid computing, and pervasive computing.
