National Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. 

Voter Registration Celebration | September 20 | Noon-1p.m. | The innerlink, student center second floor
The month kicks off on Tuesday, September 20th with National Voter Registration Day hosted by The Office of Civic Engagement. Register to vote from 10 am to 1:30 pm in Student Center 313-315. Join us and bring a friend for a celebration with live music and food.
CSU Dining services offering Latinx/Hispanic style cuisine on Oct. 5
The meeting includes research presentations, workshops, and opportunities for members to connect and share their knowledge. Thursday keynote address topic "From changing perspectives on ‘good language learners’ to challenging perspectives on ‘good bilingual patients’". Latinx Leads Student Leadership Conference | October 15 | The Pratt Center, Rhodes Tower 1254
The Office of Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement will livestream the Latinx Leads Student Leadership Conference. Students can watch the conference in room on October 15. The Latinx Leads Student Leadership Conference is the largest national gathering of Latinx student leaders and campus-based advisors to address the most critical topics of diversity and social justice challenging our Latinx community within colleges and universities.
