The President's Diversity Council, individual Deans' Diversity Councils, administration diversity councils, and those in the student body, mobilize leaders among faculty, staff and students to drive strategies that build a culture of diversity and lead to equitable change across CSU. The President's Diversity Council sets diversity benchmarks and broad goals that we need to meet as an institution, and the unit diversity councils use this framework to set college- or division-specific goals and initiatives that help meet the university's goals.
