Health and Wellness

We are committed to the health and safety of our students at CSU. Students have the option to receive their care from us or from a provider of their choice. We ask those students, faculty and staff who have other health care providers to use those providers for their health care needs — this ensures good continuity of care for those students and also ensures we have sufficient appointments for students who receive their care from us.

We provide routine wellness services as well as acute care services for those students enrolled to receive their care from us. We also provide routine physical exam and immunization services to those health profession program students enrolled with us. However, because of the recent pandemic, we are prioritizing our appointments to ensure those students who are ill or at risk for COVID infection are seen and assessed rapidly. As such, we ask any of our students who need other services to call the clinic well in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

If you believe you have an emergency, dial 911 immediately. If you need mental health services, dial 216-687-2277 to be connected with someone who can help.

CSU students have 24/7 access to phone counseling and quick access to regular online mental health counseling through the Counseling Center.

If you believe you might have COVID symptoms, have been exposed to someone with COVID or otherwise need COVID testing, we ask that you call 216-687-3649 to make an appointment. Until your appointment, we ask that you quarantine yourself.

To ensure we can see students as quickly as possible, we are continuing to offer telehealth visits with providers. Please call 216-687-3649 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. to make a telehealth appointment.

If you have other questions, please dial 216-687-3649 and we will try to assist you.
