Featuring a francophone conversation with Dr. Mamadou Seck from Senegal, who is an Associate Professor of Social Work with a joint appointment with Black Studies; Bunda Russ from the Democratic Republic of Congo; and Dr. Tama L. Engelking, Professor of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures

Followed by

A discussion in English with Dr. Adrienne Gosselin, Associate Professor of English, about her incorporation of the history about a francophone African descendant known as the Black Mozart, Joseph Boulogne Chavalier de St. George, in her African American Literature course.  Additionally, Toussaint J. Miller, a Sophomore at University School will report on his trip to Senegal.
