Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel
Now in its 28th season, the Kulas Series of Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel is produced by CAI with the support of the Kulas Foundation and the John P. Murphy Foundation. A unique concert-plus-commentary, Keyboard Conversations combines entertainment and education in one concert event. A Julliard trained Concert Pianist, Siegel has performed with most of the major orchestras throughout the world and is a natural educator and performer.
Using extensive historical research, with an entertaining and accessible style, Siegel takes audiences behind the notes before performing each piece in its entirety. He has been called “The Leonard Bernstein of the Piano” for the way in which he brings classical music to broad audiences with his storytelling and musical gifts.
While Siegel performs concerts internationally, ours is the only auspices in Ohio currently offering his Keyboard Conversations concerts. Performed in Waetjen Auditorium located in the Music and Communication Building on CSU’s campus, the concerts are held on Sundays four times a year throughout the fall and spring of an academic school year and begin at 3:00 p.m. To order season or single show tickets, please click here for an order form.
