Ama Codjoe, National Guild Community Arts Education Leadership Institute (CAELI) core faculty, returns to CAEC to guide us in hands-on “workshopping” real-life challenges we face in pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We’ll reflect and connect with one another as Ama helps us define key terms. Using a consultancy model, Ama will coach (or guide) peer-to-peer feedback around issues we currently face in our organizations. Pre-workshop materials will be made available.
Everyone is welcome, including those who have attended before, and those for whom this may be a first time. Ama’s training is designed to meet us where we’re at whether we know a lot or a little about social justice—and provide strategies to build equity in ways that can make a real difference in our work and for the communities we serve.
