Department of Art
The Cleveland State University Art Department offers undergraduate degree programs in Art History, Design, and Studio Art along with a master's degree in Art History (Master of Arts).
The Cleveland State University Art Gallery provides visual arts programming for the university and community. In addition to important local and regional artists, nationally and internationally known artists have participated in exhibitions, workshops, and lectures at the CSU Art Gallery.

Department of Music
Strategically located in the heart of one of America’s most vibrant cultural centers, the Department of Music at Cleveland State University utilizes the city’s rich musical resources to provide students with a complete spectrum of educational opportunities. The University draws from the internationally renowned Cleveland Orchestra and other noted professional organizations, giving students the opportunity to study with some of the finest musicians in the world.

Department of Theatre and Dance
The Department of Theatre and Dance at Cleveland State University is dedicated to training students who have identified theatre or dance as their primary academic and vocational focus. We offer a major in Theatre (concentrations in acting, design/tech, and directing), and Minors in theatre and in dance in the heart of downtown Cleveland’s Playhouse Square District.
