Scope of Work:  The new Center for Innovation in Medical Professions (CIMP) building is appoximately 100,000 GSF and will house the CSU Health and Wellness Clinic, Speech and Hearing Clinic, Audiology labs, Nursing labs, and Occupational Therapy/ Physical Therapy (OT/PT) training rooms, as well as Distance Learning rooms, meetings rooms, lounge and quiet study areas, and associated faculty offices.  In addition, the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) will be relocating from the Union Building to CIMP.  Due to open Summer 2015.
