Through the Field Files newsletters we are able to connect to our students, our mentors, and our supervisors. The Field Files is data driven based on questions, concerns, and feedback we receive from interns, supervisors, mentors, and faculty,  We encourage you to use these as a resource to scaffold learning from all aspects.  

Please take note of the connections to The Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession. One commonality in most education initiatives currently impacting Ohio teachers is The Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession. OFS is putting extra emphasis on these standards because The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) considers these 7 standards as essential expectations for teachers. What that really means is that as a teacher, you should be able to provide evidence of how your teaching and learning meets The Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession.
