Information Systems is vital to every area of business and more female information systems professionals are needed. Join us to hear from women working in the tech industry and learn why more women are needed in this growing career field.

Join us on Tuesday, November 29th to hear from four women actively working in Information Systems who have held a variety of different career positions and roles.


Panelists Include:

Olga Nagdaseva - CSU Monte Ahuja College of Business AlumnaOlga Nagdaseva, MBA

Olga is originally from Moscow, Russia, and spent the last 16 years building her academic and professional skills in the Unites States. She is a two-time alumna of Cleveland State University's Monte Ahuja College of Business.  She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Labor Relations in 2012, and received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014. Olga is tech enthusiast and is currently pursuing her career as Senior Test Technician at the International Quality Assurance Department at Hyland, creator of OnBase. Olga has received multiple professional awards for her dedication to her field and community involvement including being named one of the Top 25 Under 35 Movers and Shakers in Cleveland (read more here). 

Jennifer YaegerJennnifer Yaeger, MBA, CBAP

Jennifer is the Team Lead and ECM Business Analyst at The Lubrizol Corporation. She is an MBA alumna of Cleveland State University's Monte Ahuja College of Business. Prior to Lubrizol, she worked as a business analyst at Progressive, was a product consultant for Nelnet Business Solutions, served as the Assistant Director for Student Information Systems at Case Western Reserve University. She began her career in Information Systems at Progressive as a Business Systems Consultant. In addition to her MBA, Jennifer earned her Certified Business Analyst Professional credential.

Kelsey KilbaneKelsey Kilbane

Kelsey is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Blue Chip Consulting. She is a human resources professional working in the Information Systems fiels and excels at finding, recruiting and retaining talent. Prior to her work at Blue Chip, Kelsey worked as a Mortgage Banker for Quicken Loans, served as an assistant to an attorney and other roles in business and industry.

Abby CopenhaverAbby Copenhaver

Abby is also a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Blue Chip Consulting. Prior to working at Blue Chip, Abby was a Human Resources Assistant for Amazon.com. There, her role quickly evolved into talent acquisition. Abby is passionate about getting to know a person's strengths and weaknesses in order to hire and place them in a position for success.

After the event, join the panelists in addition to Giuseppe Diulio (Director of Talent Acquisition) and Casey Colon (Talent Acquisition Specialist). The Blue Chip Consulting talent team is eager to speak with Cleveland State University students and review resumes. They will also be open for questions regarding information systems and related positions in Cleveland.
