Dr. Robert CialdiniOn Thursday, September 6, 2018, The Bernie Moreno Center for Sales Excellence launched with an inaugural event featuring Dr. Robert Cialdini, at the Ohio Theatre in Playhouse Square. Widely regarded as a worldwide expert on influence and persuasion because of his years of scientific research on the psychology of influence, Dr. Cialdini is the author of the groundbreaking book Influence. 

At the event, Dr. Cialdini provided insights from his most recent book Pre-Suasion:  A Revolutionary Way to Influence and Persuade that explains how to create ideal conditions for exercising influence before you ever make a request.
