The Institute of Real Estate Management, Northern Ohio Chapter will present Student Housing: Today and Tomorrow on the Cleveland State University campus. The event is convened in conjunction with the Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center within the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University.
Attendees will hear from a panel of experts who develop, own and/or manage student housing. Panelists will discuss the larger landscape of student housing on college campuses, provide insight on factors driving trends in student housing and discuss how to meet student expectations and remain competitive. The panelists will also discuss the creative public/private partnerships that Cleveland State utilizes to provide student housing options for its on-campus students.
Attendees will hear about the amenities, successes and challenges in this unique market segment that is helping Cleveland State transform the surrounding neighborhoods. Following the panel discussion, attendees will receive a guided tour of both the Fenn Tower and Euclid Commons residence halls.
Tickets are $35.00 for IREM members, $40.00 for non-members and $15.00 for students.
