Emerick J. Corsi, Partner, joined Fairmount after 30 years at Forest City Enterprises, where he started out in Commercial Leasing and advanced through a series of positions, each time increasing in responsibility and leadership. He has been responsible for over 17 million square feet of shopping center developments including Victoria Gardens (Rancho Cucamonga, California), Short Pump Town Center (Richmond, Virginia) and Tower City Center (Cleveland, Ohio).

In addition, Mr. Corsi has been involved with many of Forest City's New York properties as well as Central Station in downtown Chicago. His Real Estate Services Group has consulted for many large scale projects, most notably the Georgia Department of Transportation's Multi-Modal Passenger Terminal in downtown Atlanta, Georgia; the Orlando International Airport expansion and Oakland California's Coliseum site to keep the Raiders and Oakland A's in Oakland. Mr. Corsi has overseen more than $2.5 billion worth of real estate developments. He has lectured at Cornell, Wharton School of Business and the University of Southern California on mixed use developments. Mr. Corsi holds a B.S. from Bowling Green State University and a Master in Management from Central Michigan University.
