2017 Real Estate Conference Speaker

Andrew Coleman is the Executive Vice President, Brokerage at JLL. A commercial real estate veteran, Mr. Coleman privdes clients unparalleled experience, service and knowledge in office and industrial real estate.  With a specialty in Office Landlord and Tenant representation, Mr. Coleman advises local and national clients on corporate real estate portfolios, Class A office developments, headquarters transactions and strategic planning.

Mr. Coleman has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with transactions totaling in excess of $50M in revenue across ten (10) countries. Prior to joining JLL in 2006, Mr. Coleman was an Associate at CBRE where he oversaw agency leasing activity for a one million square foot suburban office portfolio. While at CBRE Andrew was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. During his tenure at JLL, Mr. Coleman has also served as a Transaction Manager for the PNC Bank real estate portfolio team. On this team, Andrew managed a 9M square foot portfolio of commercial real estate spanning 1,800 properties nationwide. In 2013 Mr. Coleman was promoted to Associate Director at JLL. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2016 and was awarded JLL’s Gold Achiever recognition. 

Mr. Coleman's involvements include Holden Arboretum Board Member, Hawken School Alumni Board, Cuyahoga County’s Next Generation Council, Downtown Cleveland Alliance City Advocate Program, MAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter Member (past Board Member), Cleveland Bridge Builders (2010 Class), the Downtown Cleveland Alliance’s Real Estate Advisory Board and Urban Squash Cleveland Board Member. 

Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University in New York and where he a member of the varsity swim team. Prior to his undergraduate studies, Mr. Coleman attended The Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio.
