This course aims to provide you with the tools and coaching you need to handle your next tough conversation. High-stakes, emotional, or risky topics are bound to happen at all levels of your organization and even in your personal life! By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll begin to surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.

Designed for employees at all organizational levels, this course will help you with the challenging tasks of having difficult conversations in the workplace. Students will leave feeling confident in their ability to make their next “critical conversation” constructive and unitive.
