Dr. Rachel Talton, two-time alumna of Cleveland State University (BA 2002 and MBA 2004) was the morning keynote speaker at the April 13th, 2016 Women's Leadership Symposium at CSU. Rachel is the Chief Transformation Officer of Flourish Leadership and the Flourish Conference for Women in Leadership. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Marketing Strategy and Research, Inc., a brand strategy and market research consultancy that helps organizations improve “market share, share of wallet and share of heart.”

Rachel has written three books on thriving in the business world, Beyond Extraordinary: A Blueprint to Flourish in Business and in Life, The Currency of Passion and her newest, Flourish: Have it All Without Losing Yourself.

Rachel earned her doctorate in management from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, where she has taught as an adjunct professor of marketing.
