In April 2018, Keli Bernstein, CPA was named 2018 Alumna of the Year by the Department of Accounting. Kelli is currently the Vice President of the Assurance Services Group at Meaden & Moore. Her main function is to oversee the firm's quality control. She is a key member of the firm's not-for-profit core group. She is involved with researching technical accounting issues and quality control procedures over financial reporting.

Before joining Meaden & Moore, Kelli spent 16 years in public accounting at a national firm working with companies in a variety of industries including not-for-profit, health care, insurance and financial institutions. She was involved with employee benefit plans and public company audits. In addition, Kelli held a management position at a financial institution where she was involved with technical accounting research, external reporting, coordination of external audits and accounting policies and procedures related to critical accounting areas.

She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been an AGN A&A Sharegroup Core Team Leader since 2012.

Kelli graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with her Bachelors degree in Accounting. She has served on the Cleveland State University Accounting Advisory Board from 1995-2006 and 2015-present. She has also held a number of board positions in community school organizations.
