Joseph J. Levanduski

Joe LevanduskiJoseph J. Levanduski was named the 2016 Accounting Alumnus of the Year at the April 29th, 2016 Accounting Scholarship Banquet. Joe joined A. Schulman, Inc. (a leading international supplier of high-performance plastics, compounds and resins) in June of 2011 and currently serves as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, A. Schulman has annual revenues of $2.5 billion, employs approximately 5,000 people and has 58 manufacturing facilities worldwide. 

Prior to joining A. Schulman, Joe served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Development for Hawk Corporation which was acquired by Carlisle Companies in 2010. During his career with Hawk, Joe held various positions including Dvision Controller at Plasti-Kote (now part of Valspar). He worked in public accounting for Arthur Young (now merged into Ernst & Young). 

Joe holds a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Case Wesern Reserve University. He has served on the CS Foundation Board and the College of Business Visiting Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Robin Industries and is on the Board of The Gathering Place, a non-profit, community-based cancer support center.
