About the Vendor Xchange

At Cleveland State University's Supplier Diversity Vendor Xchange, MBE and EDGE-certified vendors connect with CSU buyers in one place at one time. In it's second year, this supplier diversity event sponsored by CSU's Supplier Diversity Committee, brings together MBE/EDGE vendors and the CSU Faculty and Staff that purchase a wide variety of goods and services. 

Cleveland State University's goal is to purchase at least 10% of all goods & services from minority‐owned business enterprises (MBEs). We are committed to highlighting state-certified MBE and EDGE-certified vendors and encourage these vendors to register for this year's Vendor Xchange. This is a great opportunity for vendors to meet directly with our buyers. Space is limited!

Vendor Fees

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:  Vendors that register by August 25, 2017 will receive a $50 discount.  

MBE and EDGE-certified vendors, as well as food vendors will register to participate at either the Gold or Silver level, described below.

Gold Level - $350

Silver Level - $200

Attendee Punch Cards

All CSU attendees will receive punch cards upon entry to the Supplier Diversity Vendor Xchange. As attendees meet with you, you will add a punch to their punch cards by your company listing. Attendees will drop off their punch cards throughout the day to become eligible for raffle drawings. Gold Level status requires attendees to meet with you in order to win a grand prize.

Meeting Space

All exhibit spaces have access to Wi-Fi. 

Parking and Map

Parking will be provided at the Student Center Parking Lot (Lot 22) at 2121 Euclid Avenue. The lot is located just below the CSU Student Center. (Subject to change, based on availability).  For additional information see directions to CSU and a campus map.

Cancellation Policy

Vendors may cancel registration before 9/26/17 and receive a 50% partial refund of the registration fee. After 9/26/17 no refunds will be given. Vendors must send an email to Heidi Szeltner ( before 9/26/17 if they wish to receive a partial refund.
