Easy Access Convenient
Wheelchair access into the Bert L. & Iris S. Wolstein Center is available at all gates, as well as the Annex Entrance. Automatic doors are located at Gate A and the Annex Entrance, both located at East 21st Street and Prospect Avenue.

Parking
On the North side of the facility, Prospect Avenue, there are 25 accessible parking spaces, which are available to guests with disabilities. This location can also be used as a drop-off and pick-up area.

First Aid Station
Our First Aid Station is located on the main concourse at Section 114. Trained medical personnel are available at all of our events to assist you.

Assisted Listening Devices/Phonic Ear
Assisted Listening Devices are available at our Northcoast PCS Guest Services Office located on the main concourse at Section 113. A valid drivers license, or photo ID, will be required.

Public Elevator
A public elevator is located at the Annex Lobby, near Section 113 on the main concourse. Our Event Team will assist you if you need to gain elevator access

Restrooms
All of our restroom facilities are accessible to guests with disabilities

Telephone
An ATTY phone connection is available upon request through Guest Sevices, located on the main concourse by section 113.

Service Animals Service
Service animals for guests with disabilities will be permitted inside the Bert L. & Iris S. Wolstein Center. Please let us know if specific accommodation are needed for your service animal.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available to transport guests to their seat location. We will require a valid drivers license or photo ID.
