West Center

General Information

The CSU West Center provides an excellent learning environment for all students. Staff are available to assist you.

The University Library provides a variety of services for West Center students including delivery of library books, journal articles via fax, e-mail, or U.S. mail. Off-campus students can visit the University Library web site for more information.

Library books from the CSU Library can be delivered to/dropped off at the West Center. This is how it works:

  • Visit http://scholar.csuohio.edu to search for books

  • If the book(s) is available click on "request."

  • Fill in all the required information and choose West Center as the pick-up location.

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Your book(s) should arrive at the West Center within 48-72 hours.

  • Bring your Viking Card (CSU ID) to Room 312 of the West Center to pick up your book.

Student Lounge
The student lounge offers students an area to study or just enjoy a beverage or snack from a variety of vending machines in the lounge.

Viking Card (CSU ID)
The Viking Card is provided to every student enrolled at Cleveland State University. To receive a Viking Card at the West Center, have your picture taken in Room 312. Once students complete the Viking Card form and verify identification, both the form and photo will be submitted to the Viking Card Office. Your Viking Card will be available for pick up in Room 312 at the West Center within one week.

As a Cleveland State student, you have access to the CampusNet system. It is your online source to:

  • Add and Drop classes
  • View and Print your Class Schedule
  • Manage your Student Account
  • Request Transcripts
  • Forward your Campus Email
  • View Grades

To login into CampusNet, students will need their CSU ID number and CampusNet Password. Click Here to login.

Free parking is available to all West Center students.

Weather Closing Information
The West Center will not be open if CSU's main campus is closed. For closing information, please refer to:
