2005 Grace Gallucci, 2004 Master of Science in Urban Studies

Grace Gallucci has nearly 20 years of experience in Public Finance and Management, mostly in the fields of transportation and local government. She joined the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) more than 13 years ago and has held various positions in the finance arena during her tenure and currently holds the position of Executive Director, Office of Management & Budget. As such, she is responsible for developing, executing and controlling an annual Operating & Capital Budget of more than $400 million, one of the larger public transit budgets in the country and the largest in Ohio.

Ms Gallucci is also an adjunct professor the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs teaching courses in Public Financial Management since 1995. As a practitioner and academic, she has educated several hundred of Cleveland's public administrators. In addition to a Master of Science in Urban Studies from the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs, Ms. Gallucci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton; and, she is a Certified Government Financial Manager.

She is active in several professional associations including the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) where she is also an Executive Committee Member of the Section on Transportation Policy and Administration (STPA). Ms. Gallucci has been recognized by Crain's Cleveland Business "40 Under 40", and is a member of the Detroit-Shoreway Community Development Organization and the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs's MPA Program Advisory Board.
