Applications:

Projects should focus on the preservation and advancement of majority rule in our society, including the protection of basic rights as provided by the Constitution and Bill of Rights and education that relates to this concept. The foundation is seeking projects and programs that have potential for significant regional and national impact. Grants generally range from $10,000 to $100,000.

Deadlines: There is no deadline. The foundation accepts a Letter of Inquiry which may be sent at any time.
