Looking to connect with an upper-classmen who has been in your shoes? Having trouble managing your time or finding success in your classes? Need to vent? Are you unsure of the policies and procedures or resources available at CSU? 

The success coach/first year student relationship is an integral part of the TRIO/SSS program. Our mission is to support first-year TRIO/SSS students in making the transition from high school to Cleveland State University by creating a supportive environment and linking them to the many services and resources that are available. 

Success Coaches also work with TRIO/SSS students who are on academic warning or probation. The goal of this relationship is to assist the student find success and return back to good academic standing.
