Registration Deadline: Completed online registration & payment must be submitted by 12:00pm on the Monday prior to the first day of class. You will need to set up an online account prior to registering. Payment must be submitted at the time of registration; you cannot return to submit payment after completing registration.

Fees include study material necessary for the course as well as additional prep material to be used outside the classroom.
Late Registration: Registrations received between 12:01pm Monday and 12:00pm on the Thursday prior to the first day of class are subject to a $35.00 late fee in addition to the course fee.
Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received at least ten days prior to the start date of a class. Refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Refund requests that are received fewer than ten business days prior to the start date of a class, or once the class has started, will not be approved.

Test Prep Presenters
John Ehrley, M.A.
John Ehrley does consulting in Operations Management, Data Analysis, and Information Technology. He is co-inventor of 8 US Patents and 1 International Patent for applying Revenue Management Theory to the cable broadband industry. He is also founder of a Cleveland based tax-return preparation company.
He has his M.S. in Applied Statistics as well as M.A. in both Applied Mathematics and Management Science all from University of Alabama. He has also completed all his coursework for his Ph.D. in Management Science.
John Ehrley teaches quantitative components of CSU's Test Prep courses for the GMAT and GRE exams.
Mr. Ehrley has lectured part-time at CSU and University of Alabama for over 10 years in the fields of: Mathematics, Production & Operations Management, and Management Information Systems.
Ashley Hilliard has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Baldwin-Wallace University. He has taught English as a Foreign Language to both children and adults, tutored high school students in SAT preparation, worked as an information analyst and worked in English textbook publishing. He's been teaching the language and reading comprehension portion of the GRE test prep courses at Cleveland State University since Fall 2013 and the logical & analytical reasoning and writing samples portion of the LSAT.
Carol Rogers Hilliard, RN, J.D.
Carol is a registered nurse, receiving her diploma from Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati. She has a B.S. from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana and her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshal College of Law at CSU. She has served as a staff nurse, assistant head nurse, and nursing house supervisor. She also practices law, dealing with family law issues including adoption, divorce, dissolution, legal separation, juvenile law, guardian ad litem, and estate planning. She has taught many courses in management and legal issues and has written articles for nursing and bar association journals. Carol recently retired her personal legal firm after 25 years and now teaches part-time at ITT Technical Institute in Strongsville as well as CSU.
Jennifer Monty Rieker
Jennifer Monty Rieker practices in the Litigation & Defense Group of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis with a focus on Consumer Finance Litigation and Compliance. She is also involved with the Commercial Business, Commercial Real Property, Federal Court Litigation Groups and the Integrated Real Estate Default Group. Jennifer is based in the Cleveland office and handles a variety of litigated matters involving compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as contested foreclosure cases and appeals. She represents clients in both state and federal court and deals with cases through all levels of litigation, including mediation and arbitration, motion practice and trial. Jennifer earned her B.A. cum laude in Communications from DePauw University in 2000 and her J.D. from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 2003. A member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, Jennifer is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Ohio). During law school, Jennifer was a member of The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law National Moot Court Team and completed an externship with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Alice Robie Resnick.
Jennifer is a frequent lecturer on litigation matters and compliance matters. She has been published in the Employee Relations Law Journal, the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers publication, Transactions, and Servicing Management Magazine. She was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Cincinnati Magazine in 2009 and 2010. Jennifer has been named as an Ohio Rising Star by Cincinnati Magazine in 2009 and 2010. Jennifer's community activities include serving as a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Bar Admissions Committee and as a 3Rs program volunteer. Jennifer has served as an Ohio Supreme Court Mentor to new attorneys since 2009.She serves as a board member of ORCA House, is a founding member of the Western Reserve Historical Society's Young Professional Council, and is the Risk Management advisor to a local chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta.
Max Rieker, J.D.
Max Rieker serves as the Judicial Staff Attorney to
Judge David T. Matia in the Cuyahoga County Court of
Common Pleas. He manages Judge Matia’s civil docket,
including motion practice and opinion drafting. He
conducts case management conferences and act as a
mediator at settlement conferences and pretrial
conferences. Max has managed all manner of civil cases
including complex litigation, class actions, medical
malpractice, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice,
employment law, administrative law, and every
conceivable type contract and tort case.
Previously Max was a Court Scheduler and later Probation
Officer for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
He began teaching interpersonal communications and
public speaking in 2007. He has been teaching LSAT Prep
courses for Cleveland State University since Fall, 2008.
Max has a BA in History from John Carroll University and
a JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at
Cleveland state University. He is licensed to practice
law in the State of Ohio.
