Lunch and Learn Series

Enjoy a nice lunch while learning about life outside the classroom and taking care of yourself and your friends.  All sessions are held on Thursdays, during common hour, 11:30AM-12:15PM in IM 109. Please register for the program so we can send you a location confirmation.

Empowered Bystander February 23:
Learn how to intervene in various situations (alcohol, anxiety, homesickness, relationships, etc.) when you see a friend in trouble.  

Stress Bingo March 2:
Identify your stressors and learn to manage your stress. Prizes are involved.
