Held annually at the end of the Spring Semester, the Awards and Recognition Ceremony is an opportunity for outstanding students to be recognized by various departments and programs throughout the campus community.

Peggy Kirschner Outstanding Student Leader Award

CSU’s highest student engagement award recognizes juniors or seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, student leadership and service with the Peggy Kirschner Outstanding Student Leader Award. The award recognizes a deserving student who has exhibited outstanding and ethical leadership, ongoing commitment to the University, and unselfish contributions to the community. A plaque and cash prize are presented to the selected student.
