The foundation was incorporated in 1955 in Ohio. Its fields of interest include
nonsectarian education, the performing and visual arts, and the environment,
Arts; Education; Environment; Health care; Human services. The foundation focuses
funding primarily in Cleveland, Ohio with some giving within the state of Ohio.
The foundation will provide grants for Annual campaigns, Building/renovation,
Capital campaigns, Continuing support, General/operating support. There are
no grants to individuals, or for endowment funds, scholarships, or fellowships;
