The foundation was incorporated in 1955 in Ohio. Its fields of interest include
nonsectarian education, the performing and visual arts, and the environment,
Arts; Education; Environment; Health care; Human services. The foundation focuses
funding primarily in Cleveland, Ohio with some giving within the state of Ohio.
