The Cleveland State University Recreation Center offers a variety of youth programs to give your kids the opportunity to learn and play sports, participate in games and activities, try their hand at creative crafts, and make new friends – all with the added convenience and safety you may be looking for when your child may have a day off from school or during the summer. Our staff works hard to teach and mentor kids as they go through the various program features to provide the best experience they can!
More About Our Camps and Youth Programming
Our camps and youth programs are conveniently located in downtown Cleveland at the Cleveland State Recreation Center. Our Summer Camp and Day Camps are a fun and safe way to keep your kids engaged when they have a day off from school or throughout the summer. They'll have opportunities to try new activities and interests, learn about health and fitness, and make new friends from a diverse group of campers form more than 40 schools around the Cleveland area.
In addition, we also offer our Home School program which is a great way to get your child involved in physical education at our Rec Center. The program, led by college students, will have time dedicated to playing a certain sport each day, as well as a swim lesson.
