Nutrition Counseling*  
Initial Session M: $60 NM: $75
3 Session Follow-up Package M: $50 NM: $75
Follow-up Session M: $20 NM: $35

*The initial Session is 60 minutes and each follow up session is 30 minutes.

How Do I Purchase Nutrition Services?
  • Patrons can purchase nutrition services with cash or credit card at the Pro Shop
  • Nutrition services can be purchased with credit card only by calling 216.802.3200
  • A fitness and wellness staff member will contact the patron within 2 business days to set up an appointment
  • The nutrition counseling packet must be filled out and returned prior to the scheduled session with the Registered Dietitian

NEW! Nutrition Boot Camp

This is not about getting into shape with some extreme crazy ‘fad’ diet, this program is focused on getting your eating habits in check over a 4-week period by making small changes that lead to a totally do-able, healthy, realistic, and long-term lifestyle! Each week will focus on a new challenge, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

You will meet with our Registered Dietitian individually each week for a 30-minute consult to learn things such as how to modify your current eating habits, whether it be learning quick and healthy meal ideas, or how to combat a sugar craving.

Additionally, you will have daily access via email or phone to the Dietitian for meal reporting and questions. This boot camp is the best way to stay on track and be held accountable for your nutrition and the changes you want to make to have a healthier lifestyle!

Weekly Topics include:
Week 1: Meet your RD, diet assessment, basics - portion control, intro to mindfulness
Week 2: Choosing the right foods – meal balance, whole foods vs. processed, reading labels, navigate the grocery store
Week 3: What to eat – preparing healthy meals and snacks at home that work for your lifestyle
Week 4: Mindfulness - work on awareness to feel in control of choices – no more guilt!

Rachel Sray, MS, RDN, LD

Rachel graduated from Kent State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and in 2013 with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She then completed her dietetic internship at Adagio Health in Pittsburgh, working at 9 different sites in the greater Pittsburgh area which involved nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, management, and public health. Rachel is enthusiastic about the importance of eating well and loves motivating others to live healthier, happier lives.

Policies & Procedures for Fitness & Wellness Services

  • All services must be purchased in advance
  • Sessions are scheduled for one hour and begin at the time mutually agreed upon by the client and the provider (Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Registered Dietitian)
  • Hour sessions cannot be split into two 30-minute sessions
  • All cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance
  • The client must call or email the provider (Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian, Massage Therapist) directly to cancel an appointment
  • The session fee will be assessed if the client fails to attend their scheduled appointment or for any appointment not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time
  • If the University closes for inclement weather, all appointments will be cancelled. All session fees will be credited.
