Certifications and Experience
Shannon is currently in her last year of pursuing a degree in Exercise Science here at Cleveland State University, and she is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. She specializes in weight loss, muscular strength and endurance, and athletic performance (speed, agility, and flexibility). Shannon has experience working with clients from all levels ranging from beginners to collegiate athletes. She enjoys using the TRX as she teaches one of the Rec Centers TRX group fitness classes. Shannon also works specifically with volleyball players improving their strength and conditioning.
