Certifications and Experience
James earned his associate’s degree in sport and exercise studies in August of 2013. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is working on his NASM corrective exercise specialist certification as well as course-work toward a physical therapy assistant degree. He specializes in body weight, boot camp-style and high-intensity interval training. James gained experience designing exercise programs by working with a wide range of clients from those post-op, to individuals training to meet or exceed safety forces fitness standards, to those committed to making a healthier change in their life. James continues to challenge himself as a trainer and as a fitness enthusiast by instructing our 158 program and incorporating a wide range of exercise styles and techniques to challenge the body and keep your workouts fresh.
