This class covers hands-on instruction from avoidance to the safest way to hit, kick, and escape from an attacker. The class will cover various scenarios from walking down the street or getting money from an ATM, to waking up with someone in your bed.
FOR WOMEN ONLY
This class is FREE for CSU Recreation Center members (non-members must pay $30 for the class) and will meet at the Cleveland University Recreation Center. These sessions are provided by the Cleveland State University Police Department. The class will be held in three, 4-hour sessions. Attendance at all sessions is required for completion of the course.
