This year is The Fall Fit Fair takes on a more comprehensive approach to test your current fitness levels and challenges you to work harder for greater improvement. Through a battery of seven (7) different exercise tests, you will find out where your current fitness levels stand and learn what changes you can make for improvement.
Tests will measure your body composition, flexibility, agility, maximum power, speed, muscular endurance and cardiovascular ability through the exercises below:
