Please download the registration form for the sport you wish to play.  If you would like to play a team sport but do not have a team, you can download the free agent form below.  Please return all forms to the Customer Service Desk at the Recreation Center.

Completed forms must be submitted to the Recreation Center by theclose of the recreation center on the sign-up deadline.

Free Agents

Any person who does not have a team to participate on can sign up as a free agent. The Assistant Director for IM’s, Sport Clubs & Summer Camps will compile the pool of free agents and any teams that are seeking extra members will be able to pick up a free agent from the pool before the start of the league. The remaining free agents will then be placed on free agent teams by the Assistant Director for IM’s, Sport Clubs & Summer Camps. Click to Download
