Aqua Shallow – 45 minutes
Get ready to take the plunge. This class will get your heart pumping while using the resistive properties of water to kick your cardio up a notch! Swimming skills not required.
Aqua Deep – 45 minutes
Challenge you water workout by taking it to the deep. Less tension on the joints with more resistance. Jogging belts provided.
BOSU Body Blast - 45 minutes
In this class you will simultaneously improve your muscular strength, balance and mobility using the BOSU as your primary equipment. The BOSU introduces instability to an exercise to engage both large and small muscle groups at the same time for a more thorough and complete workout.
Cardio Kick - 45 minutes
Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building moves of kickboxing! This high-intensity class is a great full body workout, incorporat- ing a broad range of athletic drills among jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks.
Circuit - 45 minutes
Work your way through a series of stations with a range of exercises to ensure you target your whole body. Circuit classes use a variety of floor exercises and weights to increase stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Let the instruc- tor take you on a different exercise journey each week! Participants can vary the intensity to suit their fitness level and needs so it is appropriate for all levels.
CSUFit - 45 minutes
Put your fitness through the entire fitness gamut. Endurance, power, strength, and will to overcome plateaus. This class is comparable to our 158 in intensity, but will sufficiently prepare you for our First Annual CSU Fitness Challenge coming this February! Class meets in the Rec lobby and takes place on the 3rd floor. **NOTE: This class requires an intermediate to expert fitness level to participate.
Happy Hour Fitness - 60 minutes
Get ready for the weekend right with this one hour workout! The format is Instructor’s choice so it can change from week to week. Come check out what’s in store for this week!
Hard Core - 25 minutes
Get ready to strengthen your core and tighten your abs for better functional strength with this class. Focusing on the abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles, you will challenge the powerhouse of your body in just 30 minutes!
Insanity - 60 minutes
INSANITY is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don’t have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
Lower Body Blast - 30 minutes
Focus your training with 30 minutes of strength and cardio drills dedicated to the lower body. If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine to target those quads, calves, glutes and hamstrings, this is the class for you!
Simply Strength - 45 minutes
A non-aerobic class designed to give you the strength and sculpting results you want, using a variety of equipment to challenge all your major muscle groups. Core work is incorporated throughout, along with a flexibility portion at the end.
Step & Sculpt - 45 minutes
A great combination class including classic step choreography combined with strength training exercises both on and off the step to provide the ultimate full body workout. Sweat it out while keeping your heart rate up and entire body moving! This class is a perfect workout for those who are newer to step or who enjoy a great variety to their workouts.
Total Body Blast - 60 minutes
Everything you want in a workout including a mix of cardio and strength drills to target your whole body. This class is dedicated to pushing your body to the next level with strength conditioning, toning, and muscle development through use of plyometrics, interval training, and weights.
Upper Body Blast - 30 minutes
Focus your training with 30 minutes of strength and cardio drills dedicated to the upper body. If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine to target your shoulders, back, biceps, triceps and chest, this is the class for you!
