Intimidated by our weight room? Led by our experienced fitness attendants, participants will learn proper lifting technique, overall usage of free weights, and weight room etiquette.
Have a ball while working out! Led by our experienced fitness attendants, participants will learn safe techniques, proper form, and creative exercises on the stability ball.
A 60-minute appointment that tests muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition.

Level 1 Member - $30; Non-Member - $45
Level 2 Member - $45; Non-Member - $65
A7-site caliper test that measures both lean and fat tissue.

Level 2 Member - $7; Non-Member - $10
A 60-minute appointment for the person who has a routine and understands exercise, but wants a new program. Fitness Assessment NOT required.
