Transform and develop your body with the Rec Center's new Body Forge FitnessProgram.Based on the five components of physical fitness, this program combines high intensity workouts with cardio endurance and muscular strength. This program is designed for those who have been participating in physical activity for the past 3 months, or for those who are highly motivated in making a change in their physical state. Participants will learn how to increase endurance and build muscle while incorporating a variety of workouts into their routine, such as swimming, free weights, yoga, and interval training.
