Join efforts with friends, family members, or co-workers and head to the CSU Recreation Center to sign up for Biggest Loser: Team Challenge. This six-week program focuses on joining like-minded individuals to work as a team to achieve weight loss, smaller waist lines and better physical prowess.
Our revamped Biggest Loser program allows participants to select a specific training time throughout the day to train with others as a team. The teams will meet with a trainer two times a week for structured training sessions. Participants will also receive two group nutrition sessions with our Registered Dietitian. Prizes will be awarded each week to the top three participants with an overall winning team at the end of the six weeks.
