Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment takes approximately 60 minutes and will include testing for the following components: cardiovascular endurance, body composition, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility. In addition, individuals’ height, weight, heart rate and blood pressure will be measured and used to calculate fitness level. A print out of the client’s results with suggestions for improvement will be included in the assessment. Exercise prescriptions may be purchased following an assessment. A prescription is based on the result of the fitness assessment as well as the goals of the client.
