Group X Classes: Ditch the treadmill and try out one of our exciting group fitness classes! Each class offers a great workout and the opportunity to mingle with people who share your same fitness goals.

Instructional Classes: These classes are the perfect way to learn a new skill or technique from a qualified instructor. Get personal attention in these progressive classes and learn new ways to stay fit.

Fitness Certifications: Turn your passion for group fitness and personal training into a career! The Rec Center hosts instructor certification workshops taught by national fitness organizations (AFAA, AEA, Yoga fit, Zumba, etc.).

In addition to our Group Fitness classes, we also offer a variety of high-level Premium Fitness classes, including Cylcing, Yoga, Zumba, 158, TRX and Tabata. Each small-sized class is taught by a certified trainer to provide you with individualized training. Check the schedule and sign up today!

And don't forget, working out at the Rec pays off in more ways than one! Our FIT Rewards incentive program lets you earn rewards by accumulating points when you take group fitness and premium classes, or utilize one of our many services (personal training, nutrition and massage).
