Certifications and Experience
Justin has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. He is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is also holding a certification as a SPINNING instructor. He specializes in weight-loss management and body transformations by using free weights, stability and BOSU balls, along with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Our trainer has also gained much experience working as a trainer in CSU’s Biggest Loser program, and its Boot Camp program to help clients achieved their desired goals.
There are 168 hours in a week. An hour of specified exercise a day can make for some pretty fascinating results when looking for the change you want.
