Patrons are able to purchase a 5 Punch Pass to receive five separate entries into the Recreation Center.  Passes are available to affiliates for $25.00 and non-affiliates for $35.00.  Passes are only valid for the individual purchasing the pass and they must sign a guest waiver form. 

Patrons are able to purchase a guest pass valid for an entire day.  If patrons choose to leave the facility they must provide a receipt indicating the current date and valid picture identification upon re-entrance.

Membership Options:

The Cleveland State University Recreation Center accepts the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Check (must provide state issued identification)
• Viking Cash (on-line debit account through Viking Card)
• Credit Card (Visa or Master Card)
