This 7-week healthy lifestyle program includes guidance in both exercise and nutrition. A fitness assessment will be conducted by certified personal trainers during the first and last week of the program to easily track your progress. Small group training sessions will be led by certified personal trainers who will push participants to perform high intensity strength and cardiovascular training. Each participant will also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Registered Dietician to get personalized nutrition/diet advice. Live Fit will meet 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), for 1 hour each session. Participants will receive weekly homework assignments that will assist participants in incorporating exercise and healthy nutrition habits into their daily lives. Live Fit participants will also gain access to a members only website jam packed full of additional bonus workouts, tips from the trainers, and healthy recipes, and more from the Registered Dieticians!
