More Parking is available for CSU Parking Patrons

Pre-paid hangtag holders may park in two privately operated garages in addition to the CSU Parking facilities.
These garages are available Monday - Friday:

The Hanna Garage at East 14th Street and Prospect Avenue with entry from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.(access to the Hanna Garage for Pre Paid CSU tag holders will cease on December 31st )

Playhouse Square Garage at East 15th Street and Chester Avenue, anytime.

Show the attendant your CSU pre-paid hangtag and you may access the garage at no additional charge to you. Individuals selecting this parking option are expected to comply with all of the operator's posted policies.

Lot Z (40)
Closed for construction of South Garage; new garage scheduled to open in August 2009.

Lot B (64)
Closed permanently; site of future College of Education Building

Lot D (71)
Will be closing permanently January 14, 2008 at 5pm.

Lot V (70)
Will be closing permanently January 14, 2008 at 5pm.

University Center Parking Lot - Closed for construction
Closed for construction of Student Center; new parking scheduled to open in August 2010.

Visitor
Visitor parking is available in the south section of Lot S3 located on E. 22nd Street between Chester and Payne Avenues. The East Garage and West Garage will also accomodate visitor parking.

Disabled Parking
Additional handicapped spaces have been added in the UPF Garage (ground and plaza levels) located on E. 21st Street between Euclid and Chester Avenues. Lot U (#20) for handicap lift vans.
The RTA Paratransit stop is now located on 21st Street just south of Chester at the South entrance to Rhodes West.

Rec Center parking
50 metered spaces are available for short term parking in the facility underneath the Recreation Center. Meters will charge $.50 per half-hour with a maximum of two hour parking. CSU hangtags are not considered as payment in metered spaces. Alumni and Community members of the Rec Center may purchase a parking pass for this garage from the Membership Services staff at the Rec Center.
