The University provides short-term parking at parking meters located in the following areas on campus:

• Below the CSU Recreation Center - 54 meters
• E.24th Street by Euclid Commons - 10 Meters
• Lot 66/East 25th Street Drive near Julka Hall (College of Education) - 15 meters
• Lot Y (next to the Plant Services Building) - 4 meters
• Wolstein Drive in front of the Wolstein Center off of Prospect Avenue - 6 meters
• Lot 22 under the Student Center - remember your space number and pay at the pay station $1 per hour or any part of an hour (maximum 5 hours).

All CSU Parking Meters offer a 2 hour time limit parking. The parking rate is $1.00 per hour and the meters accept quarters, nickels, and dimes (US only). Citations may be issued every 2 hours at expired meters.

Prepaid tag holders are not permitted to park at meters without paying the meter. Scratch off tags and Daily Usage tickets are also not accepted at metered spaces.

Parking at a malfunctioning meter is prohibited. Meters are enforceable 24 hour per day 7 days per week.

Parking meters on Chester Avenue and area city streets are not managed by Parking & Transportation Services. Be sure to read all parking signs and note the parking restrictions for the morning and evening rush hours when using City of Cleveland meters.
