The University provides short-term parking at meters and hourly spaces located in the following areas on campus:

• Below the CSU Recreation Center - 54 meters
• E.24th Street by Euclid Commons - 10 Meters
• Lot 66/East 25th Street Drive near Julka Hall (College of Education) - 15 meters
• Lot 57 (next to the Plant Services Building) - 1 meter
• Wolstein Drive in front of the Wolstein Center off of Prospect Avenue - 27 meters
• Lot 21 (Euclid west of E. 22nd) – 14 meters (disabled parking only).

All CSU Parking Meters offer a four (4) hour time limit parking. The parking rate is $.25 per 10 minutes or $1.50 per hour; the meters accept US quarters only. Citations may be issued every two (2) hours at expired meters.

Prepaid Green and White hangtag holders are not permitted to park at meters without paying the meter. Prepaid Scratch-off hangtags are also not accepted at metered spaces.

Parking at a malfunctioning meter is prohibited. Meters are enforceable 24 hour per day 7 days per week.

Please notify Parking & Transportation Services at 216.687.2023 regarding a defective meter.

Parking meters on E. 22nd between Euclid and Chester as well as the meters on Chester Avenue and area city streets are not managed by Parking & Transportation Services. Be sure to read all parking signs and note the parking restrictions for the morning and evening rush hours when using City of Cleveland meters.
